Job summary

DP World Canada (Canada) Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator – Civil Projects to provide coordination and administrative support across the full life cycle of terminal infrastructure initiatives.

The role involves planning, permitting, procurement, engineering design, construction, and commissioning activities for multi-disciplinary projects. The position requires a university degree related to civil engineering or construction management, plus at least 3 years' experience delivering

Qualifications

• University degree related to civil engineering or construction management.
• Experience with infrastructure projects and PMO practices.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP procurement processes is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years delivering infrastructure projects, with >$10m value.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administration support through the full life cycle of terminal infrastructure projects.
• Support business development, planning, permitting, procurement, engineering design, construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items to completion.
• Provide document control for a portfolio of projects.
• Prepare submissions and reports to facilitate project approvals and delivery.
• Liaise with terminals operations, safety, and security groups for alignment.
• Assist with RFQ/RFP documentation and consultant/contractor coordination.
• Prepare project planning, delivery, and resource schedules.
• Coordinate site investigations, topographic surveys, and pre-construction contracts.
