Job summary

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to join the Estimating & Business Development Department in Edmonton, Alberta.

This new professional position strengthens departmental capacity, improves estimating processes, and provides coordinated support throughout the estimating lifecycle. The role combines estimating coordination, proposal development, systems management, vendor engagement, reporting, and project turnover coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with construction estimating systems is an asset.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and systems aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the company sourcing tracker and upcoming opportunities.
• Review tender platforms, client invitations, and market notifications.
• Organize drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documentation.
• Establish and maintain estimating files and supporting information.
• Prepare and distribute supplier and subcontractor RFQs.
• Track quotations and coordinate supplier and subcontractor follow-up.
• Maintain supplier, subcontractor, and prequalification information.
• Support proposal and tender submission preparation.
