The City of Parksville is seeking an Engineering Technologist II to support municipal civil engineering projects. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, this role combines office tasks with field assignments to advance infrastructure projects in our community.

Candidates should hold a Diploma of Civil Engineering Technology, be eligible for AS Tech BC, hold a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence, and have four years of related municipal experience. CUPE Local 401 members encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Civil Engineering Technology required.
• Eligibility for AS Technologists BC as an Applied Science Technologist.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence with a good driving record.
• Four years of practical related municipal engineering experience.
