Maple Reinders Constructors in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Civil division. You will assist Project Managers, help develop budgets and schedules, and manage project administration to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to safety standards.

Exposure to Design-Build, Plan and Spec, and Construction Management is offered. Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a Project Coordinator in construction, a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Coordinator experience in construction.
• University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience on water/wastewater projects is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in delivering heavy civil and industrial projects.
• Assist with budgets and construction schedules; set up project administration files.
• Maintain correspondence with Owner, Architect, Engineers, sub-trades and suppliers.
