Job summary

Scheffer Andrew Ltd. is seeking a Civil Design Technologist, CADD Design for our Edmonton team. The role centers on delivering precise Civil 3D design and drafting within land development and transportation projects.

You will support project delivery, prepare detailed drawings, and collaborate with engineers, planners, and municipal partners. A licence in Alberta is required, with 8+ years of Civil 3D experience.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent.
• P.L. Eng., CET, or P. Tech. licence in Alberta.
• At least 8 years of Civil 3D and land development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-quality design drawings across the Edmonton region.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and drafting packages with accuracy.
• Review drawings for drafting accuracy and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, contractors, and municipal representatives.
• Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing.
