Job summary

Bell is seeking an AI Adoption & Engagement Lead on the AI team within Technology Services to drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI platforms. You will partner with business units, design enablement plans, and translate technical concepts into actionable resources for non-technical users.

You will facilitate workshops, host office hours, and coordinate with HR and Internal Comms to ensure successful training initiatives. A hybrid work model and clear impact on business outcomes are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or Technology with proven adoption/enablement experience.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Demonstrated facilitation of workshops and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI enablement initiatives and adoption plans.
• Partner with HR and Internal Comms to coordinate workshops and training.
• Create clear tutorials, FAQs, and step-by-step guides for non-technical users.
• Host regular office hours and support a network of AI Change Champions.
• Drive KPI-driven enablement progress and track adoption metrics.
• Identify and engage business units for AI enablement opportunities.
