Job summary

Collabera is seeking a Network Analyst to support Cisco VOIP, network design, and tier 2 operations across multiple data centers in Canada and the US. The role involves coordinating with architects, Tier 1, and external providers to ensure reliable network performance and voice services.

The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or Cisco-related certifications, experience with VMware and SolarWinds, and a strong focus on network operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in data communications, routing, and network administration.
• Cisco certifications would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide mostly tier 2 network support and liaise between network architect, Tier 1 support, and external service providers.
• Focus on Cisco VOIP and Call Center systems within the network, contribute to overall network support.
• Work with multiple data centers across Canada and collaborate with US teams.
