Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a CI Site Lead in Georgetown, ON to promote continuous improvement and support the Plant Manager in achieving long-term performance goals.

You will coach teams, implement SAP production systems, and lead improvement projects across production, warehousing, and maintenance functions. The role requires a engineering-related degree and 3+ years in manufacturing operations, with Green Belt as an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent in operations management, logistics or warehousing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Green Belt certification is an asset; PMP/Agile is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be site owner for IoTORQ/OEE and ensure proper implementation of Saputo production systems.
• Measure plant OEE and manage Saputo Production System to keep it up to date.
• Monitor capacity and optimize asset utilization, considering complexity.
• Develop the plant master plan with the plant manager and functions for 3–5 years.
• Identify opportunities in annual budget and track benefits with plant accountant.
• Lead site initiatives and root-cause analysis; drive small to medium LSS projects.
• Analyze daily production data to minimize total delivered cost.
• Support training on IoTORQ and CI tools; build CI competence across staff.
