Responsibilities

• Engage with frontline workers and supervisors to identify improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with mine department teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Communicate with underground workforce and peers about improvements across the potash network.
• Identify opportunities for improvement by reviewing mining process performance.
• Support mining process changes and roll-outs of new technology.
• Lead studies of mining processes and pilot tests.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports on CI activities, progress and outcomes.
