Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience or customer service experience.
• Money handling experience is an asset.
• Experience with general office equipment; proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Attend training/orientation.
• Coordinate kettle locations and staffing.
• Ensure donations are secured and reported.
• Schedule staff/volunteers and manage timesheets.
• Recruit kettle workers and volunteers.
• Maintain relationships with kettle sites and ensure supplies.
• Record data and prepare weekly timesheets.
