Qualifications

• Some high school coursework, completion of high school is an asset.
• Minimum of one year in customer service or related experience.
• Money handling experience is an asset.
• Experience with office administration and use of general office equipment (WORD, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Attend a day of training and orientation for The Salvation Army and the Christmas Kettle Campaign.
• Coordinate the delivery and setup of kettles to site locations and manage schedules.
• Supervise and support staff and volunteers during the campaign.
• Maintain timesheets, mileage logs and security of donations.
• Recruit kettle workers and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Post-campaign duties including retrieval of equipment and weathering emergencies.
