Job summary

The Salvation Army International is seeking a Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator for a short-term contract. You will oversee multiple kettle locations, supervise campaign workers, arrange staffing, and ensure secure handling of donations across a defined zone.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in customer service, basic office administration skills, and experience with Word and Excel. Local travel and mall/store environments are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Some high school coursework; completion of high school is an asset.
• Minimum of one year of related experience or working in customer service; money handling experience is an asset.
• Experience in office administration; strong skills with word processing (WORD) and spreadsheets (EXCEL).

Responsibilities

• Attend training/orientation for The Salvation Army and the Christmas Kettle Campaign.
• Coordinate and oversee kettle locations and staffing.
• Ensure all kettle donations are delivered to secure locations.
• Maintain timesheets and mileage reports weekly.
• Promote and supervise kettle staff and volunteers.
• Record data and manage campaign equipment and supplies.
