Job summary

The YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg is seeking a Child Care Supervisor for the South Y Preschool in Winnipeg, MB. You will supervise a staff team, oversee daily operations, and develop programs that meet the needs of children and families.

Ideal candidates hold Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3, have experience supervising staff and with infants or preschoolers, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Background checks and safety clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3 required.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with infant or preschool children.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform administration duties and complete written documentation.
• Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification.
• Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check.
