The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious, strategic sales and marketing leader, to occupy a newly established role on the EZ STAK executive team – Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

With an exceptional people management skillset, the CRO will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within the EZ STAK organization. This includes leading the sales and marketing teams, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

The CRO will play a critical role in shaping the company's growth trajectory and ensuring our market leadership in the mobile workplace solutions industry.

The successful CRO candidate will posses same or adjacent industry experience, have a proven track record of successful, growth oriented, sales and market strategy execution and lead with a customer focused approach.

The CRO role will operation out of our Kingston, Ontario facility. We are open to connecting with qualified candidates located anywhere within the province of Ontario who willing to relocate to Kingston if offered the role.

Please note that this role will require frequent travel to our Watertown, NY facility.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals, providing coaching and mentorship, and driving a high-performance sales culture and a deeply established pipeline of new opportunities.

Marketing Oversight: Oversee the marketing team to ensure effective brand positioning, demand generation, and customer acquisition strategies.

Continuous Product Improvement: support continuous product improvement initiatives with consideration for customer feedback and driven by market needs.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive revenue growth.

Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering exceptional value.

Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, track performance, and optimize revenue-generating activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with other executive team members to align revenue strategies with product development, operations, and customer support.

Financial Management:Develop and manage the revenue budget, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10 + years of experience in a senior leadership role encompassing sales and marketing with a proven track record of success, preferably in the vehicle or mobile storage manufacturing industry

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership and high-performance team management abilities, with a focus on building trust, driving results and fostering engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing commercial and sales strategies that drive business growth and deliver strong financial results.
