- Oversee all commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and pricing strategies, with a focus on achieving revenue and profit targets.
- Cultivate and nurture high-performing sales andbusiness developmentteams through recruitment, training, and continuous development efforts.
- Take charge of driving excellence instrategic account managementand growth, fostering a One-Honeywell approach across business teams.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluatesales performance,demand generation, and marketing ROI effectively.
OfferingExcellence & Innovation :
- Lead the development and deployment of compellingvalue propositions, offering roadmaps, and connected solutions tailored to key customers and markets.
- Collaborate closely with Chief Technology Officers to ensure successful new product introductions and optimizeproduct lifecycle management.
DemandGeneration& Marketing :
- Drive strategicdemand generationinitiatives, develop robust ROI models for marketing investments, and facilitate sustained pipeline growth.
- Oversee digitalcustomer marketingefforts and implement effective go-to-market plans to maximizemarket penetration.
MinimumQualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- 15+ years of experience in a combination of Sales,Key Account Management, andBusiness Development.
PreferredQualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
- Strong background in B2B environments, including software, technology, energy / sustainability, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and successful product introductions.
- Prior experience in consulting,corporate strategy, and in-housecorporate developmentroles.
- MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
