Job summary

HUB International in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead all sales and business development across lines of business. You will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and partner with EMT and line leaders to deliver profitable results.

You will manage a high-performing team, build talent plans, establish incentive structures, and foster market relationships. The role requires deep insurance brokerage experience, licensing, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years insurance brokerage sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing talent.
• Applicable licensing for P&C and/or Life Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan and revenue budget across all lines of business.
• Monitor revenue, provide forecasts and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead talent management, coaching and producer plans.
• Establish and maintain market relationships with key partners.
• Report SHARP information to field and participate in corporate initiatives.
