Adecco Canada seeks a strategic HR executive to lead the Canadian people agenda from Toronto. This role partners with senior leaders to design organizational capability, drive workforce planning, and steer leadership development across provinces.

You will guide transformation, M&A integration, and risk management while aligning with global HR programs. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of senior HR leadership, strong executive presence, and deep knowledge of Canadian employment regulation.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience at VP, Regional HR Director, Head of HR, or senior leader level.
• Experience in a large, global organization with multi-provincial scope.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and senior business leaders.
• Strong design and change-management capabilities.
• Expertise in talent, performance, and succession planning.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integration.
• Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a Canadian people strategy aligned with regional priorities and global direction.
• Advise on organizational structure, leadership capability, and workforce priorities.
• Lead regional HR programs across provinces with consistent practices.
• Coach and develop regional HR professionals and drive service excellence.
• Lead organizational-design initiatives and major transformation programs.
• Manage talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Partner with executives and global HR to align policies and programs.
• Provide executive oversight on complex employee-relations matters.
• Support HR governance, analytics, and implementation of global programs in Canada.
