Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a hands-on professional to oversee essential plant utilities at a Canadian food manufacturing operation in Vaughan.

You will maintain equipment reliability, manage ammonia refrigeration, boilers and air compressors, and ensure safe, efficient operations. This role requires 2-3 years experience with ammonia-based refrigeration, strong knowledge of plant utilities, and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2-3 years of experience with ammonia-based refrigeration systems
• Strong knowledge of boilers, refrigeration and industrial plant utilities

ASSETS THAT WILL SET YOU APART

• Experience with CO2 refrigeration systems
• Background in food and beverage manufacturing or a similar industrial environment
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, WHMIS and related food manufacturing safety requirements
