CMO is our brand architect, our digital strategist, community builder and the one who translates the Infinite Verse into a global story that spreads like wildfire. The CGO scales revenue and growth. The CMO scales meaning—narrative, signal, emotion, movement.

Anime Universe is more than IP. It’s a cultural engine, a new language of identity, fandom, and immersive expression. We need a Chief Marketing Officer who doesn’t sell products—they launch worlds.

You won’t be managing a brand.

You’ll be engineering cultural gravity.

This is an equity-first seat for:

  • Architects of emotional resonance and virality
  • Narrative tacticians who think in fandom, community, and brand velocity
  • Creative generals who command story, timing, and channel mastery like an orchestra

You will not be handed brand guidelines.

You will create them, from scratch—across every format, region, and universe layer.

You won’t just oversee campaigns.

You’ll orchestrate movements.

Role Overview

You will:

  • Own the brand identity, public narrative, and cultural presence of Anime Universe globally
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies—across digital, physical, content, social, and immersive activations
  • Translate products, drops, creator launches, platform updates, and strategic events into culturally resonant campaigns
  • Build the AU marketing engine from zero: team, playbooks, tone, cadence, and channel stack

You will drive:

  • Brand adoption and memorability
  • Strategic narrative positioning
  • Audience expansion across global fandoms
  • Cultural authority in anime, gaming, XR, and decentralized media

What You’ll Own

Global Brand Identity

  • Craft and protect the soul of Anime Universe across every touchpoint—visual, verbal, experiential. From lore to UI to merchandise, you’ll shape how the Infinite Verse feels to the world.

How Brand Powers Revenue

  • Your brand engine will directly power creator adoption, product launches, fan conversion, and market entry resonance.

Narrative Architecture & Cultural Strategy

  • Own the voice, tone, and messaging systems that translate Anime Universe into movements. You’ll set the long arc of our story and weave it through every product, drop, campaign, and partner activation.

Full-Stack Campaign Execution

  • Design and run campaigns that sync across content, social, influencer, media, and experiential. From creator rollouts to platform launches, you’ll build the machine that turns vision into visible momentum.
  • You will be responsible for brand KPIs, cultural momentum, and global engagement benchmarks—visible at the board level.

Community & Fandom Engagement

  • Activate and expand our global fandom. You’ll build emotional infrastructure across Discord, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and new channels—creating tools, rituals, and lore that deepen loyalty.
  • Partner with the CGO and Studios to launch creators as characters, ambassadors, and co-builders of the brand. Turn creators into campaign vectors, not just content generators.

Event Presence & Worldbuilding Moments

  • Own the cultural expression of Anime Universe IRL—conventions, summits, stage events, fandom rituals. You’ll architect moments that live forever across screens and memories.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor the full AU marketing core. Define our playbooks, ops cadence, asset pipelines, and performance standards—scaling story with precision.

You translate product into myth, content into culture, and fandom into flywheel.

We need someone who:

  • Has 12+ years of marketing and brand leadership, with full-stack control across storytelling, performance, social, and experiential
  • Has led multi-channel campaigns across digital, physical, influencer, media, and community layers—globally, not just locally
  • Built a brand system from zero that reached global awareness and category authority
  • Has deep fluency in anime, gaming, fandoms, pop culture, internet subcultures, and visual identity
  • Has activated IRL and digital events that drove brand equity, social engagement, or earned media at scale
  • Led teams across creative, media, comms, and community—and knows how to keep the tempo without losing the soul
  • Is a public-facing brand steward—can speak, present, post, and lead narrative externally with clarity and charisma
  • Collaborates seamlessly with CGO, Studios, Content, and Product—turning internal momentum into market magic

Compensation & Terms

  • Equity Partner: Foundational equity stake (B-Class Shares)
  • Tokens: Future compensation aligned with PIT Token mechanics (pending legal clearance)
  • Salary: Activates at revenue milestones tied to brand expansion and market traction
  • Remote-first: Globally distributed, async-native, outcome-driven culture
  • Seniority Level: Executive
