Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, traffic, and growth through our channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
• Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
• Lead strong cross-functional workstreams between Marketing and cross-functional partners, including Product, Creative, Operations & Supply Chain, Retail and Digital to ensure that we’re continually improving how we drive our Marketing strategy.
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
