Job summary

AON3D, a Montréal-based additive manufacturing company, seeks a Director of Marketing to shape our market positioning and demand generation. You will lead a high-performing marketing team, manage external agencies and partners, and drive product storytelling across channels.

You will translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions, plan launches, and build content like white papers, case studies, and landing pages. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with leadership across marketing functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience marketing products in manufacturing or high-technology industries.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with technical content like white papers and case studies.
• Proven ability to define positioning and messaging and bring products to market.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress.

Responsibilities

• Help set and lead marketing strategy across all functions, translating business goals into clear priorities, plans, and budgets.
• Grow and develop the marketing team, align internal resources, agencies, and partners to deliver priorities.
• Define marketing metrics, measure results, and use insights to improve strategy and resource allocation.
• Lead development of content, campaigns, and product messaging.
• Plan and execute product launches, including messaging and events.
• Coordinate trade shows, events, and external partnerships.
• Create and maintain technical content such as white papers and case studies.
