Job description

• Lead all aspects of the financial function, including financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and executive team, providing insightful financial analysis and risk guidance
• Oversee financial systems and controls, including the rollout of a new cloud-based ERP system
• Manage preparation and presentation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards
• Supervise external audit processes and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies
• Drive the companys annual budgeting process and ensure effective budgetary control
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned to business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and key external stakeholders
• Deliver accurate, real-time management accounts and business performance dashboards
• Identify cost-saving and profit improvement opportunities across the business
• Support operational teams with data-driven insights to guide decision-making

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 10 years experience in a senior financial management or executive role
• Sector experience in agriculture, FMCG, or food production is highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in financial leadership within a complex, operationally intensive environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Jet Reports (advantageous)
• Proven track record of managing teams, delivering strategic initiatives, and driving operational efficiencies
