Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary operations across our unit. You’ll participate in menu planning, ensure client satisfaction, and directly manage associates while upholding the Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety standards.

You’ll bring at least two years of culinary experience with strong supervisory skills, solid knowledge of controlling food and labour costs, and excellent written and verbal French communication.

• Be responsible for directly managing associates.

• Ensure Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards are followed in the food preparation process.
