Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant line and/or prep cook experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Possible previous kitchen supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership abilities and willingness to grow.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Passionate about food and culinary excellence.
• Driven, takes initiative, and maintains high standards.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays in a full-time capacity.
• Interest in pursuing Red Seal.
