Backed by a passionate team with a proven track record in food and beverage, this restaurant will bring a unique, high-quality dining experience to the city. While the concept remains confidential during this stage, we are assembling a strong opening team to ensure excellence from day one.

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de partie to join our opening team. The role involves executing dishes with precision, maintaining a clean and organized station, mentoring junior cooks, and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute dishes with consistency and precision, following established recipes and plating standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily prep, service, and special menu development
  • Train and mentor junior cooks and apprentices
  • Manage stock rotation, minimize waste, and assist with inventory
  • Communicate effectively with BOH and FOH to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen
  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques, knife skills, and plating
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • FoodSafe Level 1 (or equivalent) required
  • Passion for Korean and Asian-inspired cuisine is an asset
