Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa, located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently, and assisting the Head Chef in menu planning. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, supervising junior kitchen staff, and ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to.
