Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers and assisting with products.
• Coordinate task completion based on priorities from Asset Protection Coach and Store Leadership Team.
• Support scheduling and assign associates to coverage needs.
• Lead daily team huddles, share updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Review schedules with People Lead and manage coverage across store areas.
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates through coaching.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment following company policies.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Assist in performance and growth conversations with Coach/People Lead.
• Support recruiting and hiring of new associates.
