Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrols the store to maintain a safe, secure environment for customers, associates, visitors, and vendors.
• Investigates incidents of shrink and communicates findings to Store Leadership; escalates as needed per guidelines.
• Supports emergency response and store operations during incidents; participates in evacuation procedures.
• Handles external apprehensions when required in compliance with policies and law.
• Gathers and communicates information clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
