Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Operations Team Associate at our Pointe-Claire, QC location. You will help maintain store financial integrity, protect high-value items, and oversee receiving, claims, and office processes to support a positive shopping experience.

You will handle direct and local shipments, adhere to cold chain requirements, and assist in shrink prevention and inventory control while following company policies and programs. This role is on-site in the Montreal area.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Secure high-ticket merchandise in designated location.
• Process direct and local shipments including OMNI merchandise and alcohol.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized receiving, claims, and offices.
• Follow cold chain guidelines and document receiving information.
• Assist shrink prevention by scanning damaged items promptly.
• Monitor returns and shrink; ensure timely processing per guidelines.
• Keep policies updated and implement new store programs accordingly.
• Ensure invoicing key controls and timely payments for goods and services.
• Review exception reports and price overrides and 2 cent reporting.
