Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp in Saint-Hyacinthe, QC is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to help maintain a safe, secure store environment, prevent shrink, and protect customers and associates.

You will conduct daily store patrols, support investigations, assist with emergency procedures, and participate in external apprehensions as needed, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older
• License - Security Guard License

Responsibilities

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: patrols and ensures doors and security features function properly.
• Investigations and Case Support: documents shrink incidents and escalates to market loss prevention manager.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: assists with evacuations and emergency procedures.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: conducts external apprehensions when required.
• Communication and Reporting: conveys findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Flexibility: available for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
