Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled kitchen professional to lead and support a busy culinary team on site. The role involves preparing and presenting meals, supervising cooks, and coordinating with events staff to ensure top-quality service.

You will maintain inventory, train staff, and adapt to dietary restrictions while upholding food safety standards. This full-time position requires 2–3 years of kitchen experience and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and serving quality is preferred.
• Experience with event catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory.
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff.
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
• Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
• Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
• Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
