Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a polite, friendly manner.
• Processes purchase transactions quickly and accurately, including deactivation under the EAS program.
• Promotes Walmart sponsor programs (credit card service, product protection, charity initiatives).
• Assists customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
• Maintains safe work practices and a clean work area.
• Maintains register security with diligent cash handling and adherence to policies.
• Directs customers to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead when needed.
• Educates customers on using self-checkout options.
