Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Process purchases accurately and efficiently, including deactivation of merchandise with respect to the EAS Program.
• Promote sponsor programs (credit card service, product protection, and charity initiatives).
• Assist customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Maintain safe work practices and keep a clean work area.
• Maintain register security and integrity through accurate cash handling and adherence to policies.
• Refer complex service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educate customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
