Job summary

Parkview Simcoe, a division of Student Transportation of Canada, is seeking a Charter Driver in Newmarket to provide safe transportation for clients with guaranteed hours and comprehensive training.

You will work 40 hours per week with day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts available; earn $22.05 per hour plus benefits and incentives, and be eligible for a $1,000 bonus for holding a B-Class license after milestones.

Qualifications

• Valid B Driver’s license.
• Excellent driving, map reading, and knowledge of local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with other drivers, maintenance, operations, and the public.
• Complete assigned charters and manage related paperwork.
• Perform pre-and-post trip checks and maintain bus cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with Hours of Service and radio protocol.
• Assist with school runs as needed.
