Job summary

Super.com is seeking a motivated intern for the Winter Term (January 4, 2027 – April 30, 2027) to gain hands-on experience in chargeback operations within the Operations team. You’ll learn how the business works and contribute to a positive customer experience from day one.

You’ll review customer accounts, help identify process improvements, and participate in special projects that build tools to fight chargebacks more efficiently. Remote-friendly, Canada-based.

Qualifications

• You are a post-secondary student studying a business-related major.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• 1–2 work terms of experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

About this role

This is a great opportunity to gain meaningful, hands‑on experience in our chargeback operations. As a part of the broader Operations team, you will learn how the business works and have a direct impact on the customer experience. This internship is a good fit for a student with foundational business knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for working with people!

What you’ll be working on:

• Review customer accounts to compile compelling evidence for bank disputes

• Identify and/or contribute to process improvements

• Opportunity to participate in special projects (like building tools to help us fight more chargebacks efficiently, working with other departments like the data team and the engineering team on business‑related projects)

• Analyze chargeback data trends to eliminate chargeback risk factors and drive product improvements

What We Offer:

• Home Office Setup Allowance: $300 one‑time

• Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week

• Learning & Development Allowance: $300/ per term

• Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $120/per term

Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, provided they maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone and are available to work a 40-hour work week.

We’re a remote‑first company, but you’re always welcome to join us at our head office on 260 Queen Street West in Toronto. We also host virtual and in‑person socials where interns can connect, play games, and meet others - including company - wide game nights and events.
