Taiv is seeking a partner manager to help outside partners bring new venues onto Taiv and convert referrals into live installs. The role values experience in partner management, onboarding training, and building scalable enablement materials.
You'll own reporting, design processes, and lead relationship calls, taking ownership and offering recommendations to improve outcomes. The work centers on people and process, not just technology.
The role is about helping outside partners bring new venues onto Taiv and making sure those referrals turn into live installs. A strong candidate has several years in partner management or business development, has built training and onboarding for partners, and is comfortable with reporting and process design as well as relationship calls. Taking ownership and showing up with recommendations matters as much as being good with people.
Taiv's product is AI, but this job is mostly about people and process. AI tools could help with analyzing partner data, spotting what top partners do differently, and drafting training material faster. Building trust with partner teams, deciding which partners to back, and explaining the product to venue owners stay human work.
The role offers close exposure to how a computer vision product that swaps ad breaks on live TV is explained and sold to business owners who are not technical. To build more experience, a candidate can learn how the product works, talk with the product team about what it can and cannot do, and use AI assistants to study partner results and prepare enablement material.

An AI system that watches the live TV feed in bars and restaurants and swaps ad breaks for venue content and targeted ads, with the venue sharing the revenue.
