Job description

This role owns the software that venues use to run the product, taking it from early traction to something venues can buy and operate on their own. A strong candidate has run a B2B product area end to end, shipped work that moved revenue or retention, and shaped how features are packaged and priced. The job blends customer discovery, clear specs, delivery with engineering, and support for enterprise deals.
