What We’re Looking For

The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategic marketing programs to integrate with SOTI’s global strategic alliance partners to increase partner engagement and product adoption. This position will report to the Senior Director, Field & Channel Marketing and Events and plays a key role in the development of strategic partner marketing programs, campaigns and events that drive partner recruitment, revenue acceleration, and Strategic Alliances channel engagement efforts. The Channel Marketing Manager will also work cross-functionally with various key stakeholders in the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop highly effective and strategic sales and integrated marketing programs to drive SOTI preference, awareness and incremental revenue for SOTI and the Strategic Alliances partnership.
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans in association with key Strategic Alliance partners and work closely with corporate and field marketing teams to align, plan and execute including management of end-to-end campaign processes to drive new business.
  • Work with Strategic Alliance partners to identify the most relevant partner/industry and/or regional events and customer engagement activities that warrant participation.
  • Develop and manage the marketing channel strategy aligned to partner objectives and goals.
  • Implement innovative programs which differentiate from competitive offerings increasing SOTI sales to partners and develop and nurture SOTI preference when partners implement EMM solutions.
  • Align Strategic Alliance partner marketing initiatives with overall SOTI objectives and goals.
  • Develop sponsorship opportunities to engage Strategic Alliance partner’s support and participate in marketing opportunities at key SOTI events.
  • Plan and execute MDF plans and budgets for key Strategic Alliance partners.
  • Simplify and improve Strategic Alliance partner access to marketing resources, sales enablement tools and training tracks.
  • Partner, collaborate and build relationships within the SOTI Strategic Alliances team and the company’s sales, product and marketing groups to foster communication and collaboration to optimize opportunity and market development from Strategic Alliance partner relationships.
  • Manage content and communications to internal stakeholders and key Strategic Alliance Partners to enable the SOTI sales team to better compete in the marketplace with and through the Strategic Alliance partners.
  • Identify and flag opportunities for joint PR, digital/social media, and case studies to impact image and market development for SOTI through Strategic Alliance partner relationships.
  • Track program performance with a data-driven approach analyzing success and ROI.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Highly motivated and positive team player, who thrives under pressure, has incredible time management skills, has a passion for enterprise mobility management, marketing excellence, continuous improvement and delivering business value.
  • BA degree preferred or an equivalent combination of 6+ education and marketing and communications experience.
  • B2B marketing experience in channel marketing and program development is critical.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful channel marketing programs utilizing various marketing vehicles.
  • In-depth knowledge of all marketing mediums and integrated campaign management.
  • Strong project, people management, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with database management and CRM systems – knowledge of Salesforce.com and Pardot or equivalent marketing automation tool an asset.
