Skill And Experience:- 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects in a healthcare environment implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
- 7 years’ experience in a project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 7 years.
- 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in healthcare. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include preparing training materials for a large, diverse organization with 1000+ employees. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
- 3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing standardized staff scheduling business processes across multiple healthcare organizations. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
