An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Change Management Lead to drive the adoption of innovative technologies and services. This role is responsible for building and running an organizational change management capability to advance the roll-out and adoption of technology and services across the company. It will require working with senior business and technology stakeholders and teams across the organization, and is a key part of transforming the ways of working across people, process and technology. This role is also responsible for leading BCP and DR activities.
Within the Canada Technology team, this role will be required to have a good understanding of related technology and service concepts, and coordinate across stakeholder teams to create and maintain a cohesive communication and change management approach and roadmap.

What you will bring:
The base salary for this position is between $63,000 - $117,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission, etc.).
