Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Chairman’s Club Supervisor to lead bartenders, servers, and support staff in delivering exceptional service at a high-end buffet operation. You will oversee dining services, enforce policies, and train the team to uphold brand standards.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, prior F&B supervisory experience or a Hospitality Management Certificate, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

The Chairman’s Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the bartenders, servers, and support staff working in this area and ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and ensure delivery of consistently outstanding service by all associates


• Help to oversee dining operations and supervise the servers, support staff, culinary team, and bartenders


• Lead, train, coach, and mentor the team


• Answer guest inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner


• Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs


• Maintain brand standards in setting up, maintaining, taking down a high-end buffet


• Develop and maintain relationships with season ticket holders, anticipating guests needs

Qualifications, Skills And Abilities

• Evening and weekend availability required


• Previous food and beverage experience or completion of a Hospitality Management Certificate


• Previous supervisory experience required


• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
