Job summary

Kensington Tours, headquartered in Toronto, seeks a strategic CFO to lead global Finance across Kensington's portfolio. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape capital strategy, M&A, and financial operations to drive growth.

You will oversee treasury, FP&A, and reporting, build a high-performing finance organization, and partner with the Board to deliver long-term value for Kensington's luxury travel brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university; MBA, CPA, and/or CFA preferred.
• Experience in investment banking and/or private equity; operating leadership in a portfolio/high-growth company.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• CFO or equivalent senior finance executive in a large multinational (1,000+ employees).
• Experience leading acquisitions from evaluation through integration.
• Strong expertise in valuation, financial modelling, corporate finance, and capital allocation.
• Experience in treasury, debt financing, and banking relationships.
• Experience preparing board-level financial reporting and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Finance organization across Kensington's portfolio and drive financial strategy.
• Oversee M&A sourcing, due diligence, integration, and post-close execution.
• Provide executive oversight for Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Financial Operations.
• Develop capital structure strategies, manage liquidity, and banking relationships.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting; deliver decision-ready financial narratives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance leadership team.
