Key Responsibilities

1. Develop structural designs and detailed cost estimates for small to medium-sized projects.
2. Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to define project scope and requirements.
3. Collaborate with project managers and team members to assess project feasibility and identify cost-saving opportunities.
4. Stay current on market trends, material and labor costs, and industry standards to create accurate and competitive estimates.
5. Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining project scope, timelines, and cost estimates for clients.
6. Work closely with management to align project goals and deliverables with company objectives.
7. Conduct site visits and inspections as required to support project development.
8. Participate in project meetings, providing valuable insights and technical expertise.
9. Foster collaboration within the team and across disciplines to ensure project success.

Qualifications

1. CET designation or completion of a Construction Technology program.
2. Strong understanding of industry regulatory standards.
3. Proficient in interpreting architectural and structural drawings/schematics.
4. Expertise in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
5. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
6. Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
