Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Regina, Saskatchewan, is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician for a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Service Manager. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles per manufacturer standards, document all work, and communicate with Service Advisors about recommended maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and equipment.
• Strong focus on customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and inspections per manufacturer standards.
• Document all work accurately; use MPI for inspections and estimates.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repairs and maintenance recommendations.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record causes and corrections on MPI forms and service orders.
• Provide accurate parts and labour estimates to Advisors.
• Adhere to warranty policies and procedures.
