Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate activation programs based on assessed needs.
• Transport residents to and from activities and monitor wellbeing during programs.
• Contribute to development and revision of programs under supervision.
• Maintain program and resident records per policy and communicate participation to staff.
