Job summary

The Canola Council of Canada (CCC) is seeking a President & CEO to provide strategic, collaborative leadership at a pivotal time for the organization and the broader Canadian canola sector.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will champion strategic priorities, strengthen market opportunities, and serve as the primary spokesperson for Canola's value chain while guiding innovation, trade, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in agriculture, agri-food, or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of policy, trade, and government relations.
• Proven ability to unite diverse stakeholders and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, collaborative, and values-driven leadership to CCC.
• Champion priorities, strengthen market opportunities, and advance advocacy.
• Represent CCC as the primary spokesperson and lead governance with the Board.
