Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Product Owner with CDP experience to lead planning and delivery of CDP implementations within the Global Digital Marketing team. You will collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to enhance our digital marketing capabilities.

You will report to the Director of Data Activation & Segmentation, drive product strategy, maintain the CDP backlog for the Canada segment, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact personalisation

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a CDP/MarTech product role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/IT/Data Science.
Certifications in CDP, digital transformation, or project management are preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather and document CDP use-case requirements with business, marketing, and data teams.
Collaborate with data engineering to analyze dependencies and align with objectives.
Define product goals and roadmap for CDP capabilities enabling personalization.
Develop project plans, timelines, and manage backlog in Agile squads.
Communicate timelines and track KPIs with analytics teams.
Prioritize CDP backlog for the Canada segment squad and coordinate cross-teams.
