Job summary

Seventh Heaven Event Catering in Toronto is seeking to expand our kitchen team with experienced cooks and kitchen staff. We value reliability, hard work and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, producing quality food for a variety of events.

Our operation handles hot and cold food production, hors d'oeuvres, platters and corporate catering, with weekday and weekend shifts available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability and willingness to work are equally important.
• Able to read and understand recipes, labels, production lists and kitchen instructions in English
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Join our kitchen team and catering roster.
• Produce hot and cold food for events, including hors d'oeuvres, platters and boards.
• Support corporate and event catering with attention to quality and timeliness

Catering Cook / Kitchen Staff

Busy, established catering company is looking to add several people to our kitchen team and catering roster.

We are looking for both experienced cooks and kitchen/prep staff to join our catering kitchen. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality food.

Our kitchen produces a wide variety of catering menus, including hot and cold food production, hors d'oeuvres, platters, boards and corporate and event catering.

Experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability and willingness to work are equally important.

Requirements:

• Food Handler Certification
• Able to read and understand recipes, labels, production lists and kitchen instructions in English
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Reliable and punctual

Compensation & Opportunities:

• Full-time: $19–$24/hour, based on experience
• Part-time catering roster: $25/hour
