Kelly Services in Ontario is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Category Associate in St. Thomas. You will support product and category management initiatives, conduct market research, and drive performance analysis within a collaborative team.

The role balances analytical work, project coordination, and professional development, with onsite and remote elements and opportunities for growth within product management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in category management, product management, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel internationally.
• Availability to work onsite in St. Thomas three days per week.

• Product & Category Management: Support product strategies, SKU management, pricing updates, and product lifecycle activities.
• Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and product performance to support business decisions.
• Reporting & Insights: Track sales, margins, inventory, and key performance indicators.
• Product Launches: Coordinate with internal teams to support successful product introductions and launches.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Product Information: Maintain accurate product databases, pricing information, and marketing materials.
