Job summary

Analyticsmart Consulting Inc. is seeking a Provider Relationship Manager (Contract Manager) to build strong networks with service providers and drive performance for participants.

The role involves travel within the Toronto region and regular visits to provider sites, with home-office flexibility for candidates near Toronto. You’ll manage provider performance, support improvement plans, and collaborate with the WCG Operations Team to ensure contractual objectives, governance and data protection

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years combined strategic leadership and contract management experience in Employment Services.
• Must pass Criminal Record Check.
• Flexible to work in different locations and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a network of Service Providers, ensuring they provide the highest level of service and meet contractual expectations.
• Identify priority areas for performance and quality improvement through reviews and action planning.
• Lead community engagement and integration with existing services.
• Support providers through capacity building and best practice forums.
• Provide practical advice to maximise client performance and service quality.
• Maintain auditable records of contract management activities and adherence to governance.
• Manage revenue, expenditures to meet financial objectives.

Provider Relationship Manager (Contract Manager)

Job Posting

Location: Home office must be based within close proximity to Toronto region.

Travel Expectations: Regular (weekly) visits at Service Provider locations in Toronto region with occasional travel across the broader GTA.

The PRM will be responsible for building effective relationships and supporting your portfolio of providers to achieve great results for our clients and service users. The PRM will manage a network of Service Providers, ensuring they provide the highest level of service for Participants, and meet and exceed the contractual minimum expectations for performance and service standards. Identify and address priority areas for performance and continuous quality improvement to be addressed as part of a Service Provider Improvement Plan.

What you’ll do

• Manage a network of Service Providers, ensuring they provide the highest level of service for clients, and meet and exceed the contractual minimum expectations for performance and service standards
• Identify and address priority areas for performance and quality improvement through regular reviews and Improvement Action Planning
• Take a lead role in community engagement, and integration with existing services.
• Identify priority areas where Service Providers need additional support and capacity building to be addressed through support programs and a range of best practice forums.
• Provide practical advice and support to give a great quality service to the client, and maximize performance opportunities
• Maintain auditable records of the contract management activities undertaken with Service Providers and provide evidence of adherence to governance and procedures for internal and external audits and accreditations
• Manage revenue, operational and job seeker expenditures to ensure that the financial objectives of the business are met
• Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the WCG Operational Team to ensure that strategies to drive performance improvement and manage underperformance, align with catchment priorities and requirements to meet the needs of the funder and wider social impacts
• Ensure the operation complies with WCG’s policies relation to Information security and Data protection

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years combined progressive strategic leadership and contract management experience in the field of Employment Services
• Must successful pass a Criminal Record Check
• Flexibility and the ability to work in different locations and travel as required

Preferred Criteria

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in leadership or business/management
